Title (Max 100 Charaters)
The Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) Secretary Bruce D. Greenstein will serve lunch to Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) Secretary Ruth Johnson on Friday, Dec. 3 at the Taco de Paco food truck on North St. at Fourth St., outside of the Bienville Building.
All proceeds will benefit the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. Lunch begins at 12:15 p.m.
In October, the secretaries challenged each other to the Louisiana Twitter Race. They agreed that the person with the fewest tweeter followers would have to serve the other person lunch.
Taco de Paco has created a special healthy taco for the occasion called "Salud," made with sautéed Mahi Mahi fish, oven roasted tomatoes, lemon zest, baby arugula, and parmigiana reggiano.
The Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center has been fighting cancer for more than 35 years. It has comprehensive cancer programs at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge and St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
